What is Assisted Mode?

In Assisted Mode, the AI generates a draft response to every guest message — but doesn't send it until you approve. You can approve as-is, edit it, or discard it. Once you trust the AI, flip to Autopilot and let it handle everything automatically.
How does per-property pricing work?

Each property is billed separately. If you have 3 properties on Base, you pay $75/mo. Add more properties and manage them all from one dashboard. Bulk discounts apply automatically at 5+ properties.
Can I connect DriftKey to Airbnb or Vrbo?

Yes — every property has a webhook URL you can use to route incoming messages from any platform. We're working on direct Airbnb and Vrbo integrations coming soon.
Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
